Please ensure that the completed form is legible and is suitable for photocopying. Black rather than blue ink is preferable as it is more easily photocopied. The forms are copied and circulated to the Grants Committe for their consideration.

Please return your form by post by the 1st October, and ensure that the correct postage is paid. The Committee meets to consider applications in November.

If your application is successful, a cheque will be sent to you by the end of December. No other notification will be sent due to to the high number of applicants.

Whilst the Company attempts to spread its charitable donations over as wide a field as possible, it is not able to support every cause and each application is considered on its merit.
